Drive Genius Version 2.2.1 is compatible with Snow Leopard. Upon launching the Drive Genius 2 Application, it will auto-update to this new version, with your permission. 

If you are running Drive Genius 2 from the boot DVD, please make sure you are using the new Boot DVD that was released on 27/8/09.  You may upgrade to this new Boot DVD for a small fee HERE If you already own the Drive Genius 2.2 Boot DVD you will be automatically sent the new boot DVD.

Install Data Backup 3.1

Once installed, Data Backup 3.1 should recognize your backup sets and be up and running with no further action needed.

The following issues are known:

OS 10.6.1
We have customers reporting that are seeing problems with files that can't be transferred from the server to the user's desktop. There is a permissions error when this is attempted. One possible workaround that has worked for some applications but not all is to open the file in it's parent application and then save the file to their local system using the parent application.
