Video editors, listen up
You can RAID these drives in software for stunning mountable volume sizes and read/write speeds. Striping (RAID 0) four 500GB drives gives you a 2 Terabyte volume with write speeds in excess of 200MB per second!




Yeah, it's cool
Because we designed G5Jam with system cooling in mind, overheating isn't an issue. Machined from solid aluminum, the entire G5Jam baffle acts as a large heatsink, pulling heat into G5Jam and away from the drives. We also shaped our air baffle to complement Apple's design - keeping air flowing across the PCI cards the way it is intended.

Installation
Our kit includes a replacement air baffle/cooling system and a 2 internal port Serial ATA PCI card along with the power and SATA cabling you'll need to hook up your new drives. Installation is very easy - simply remove Apple's air baffle and ours goes in its place. Up to two new drives can mount onto G5Jam for a total of four internal drives.
