Phone numbers, email and postal addresses, groups/categories and birthdays are kept updated in both locations. Additionally, instant message addresses and contact photos sync with WM5/6 devices.

Sync iCal Calendar sync with iCal and Entourage
Calendar events and tasks from iCal or Microsoft Entourage 2004 are kept in sync with your smartphone or Pocket PC.
